Keep away from banned Drivers!

Posted under Equipment

legni.gifThe driver (wood 1) it’s the golfer’s lethal weapon. I like this definition and I’ll consider as I’ve invented, but by the way I put no Copyrights on it. The driver is anyway the most precious, and even the most expensive club in our bag. But someone still keep forgetting that from November 27th 2007 lots of drives have been banned from Read the rest of this entry »

Exclusive:The Venice Challenge, a race with floating greens in the fantastic San Clemente Island, deep in the heart of Venice Laguna

From the past season the same challenge started in the Trieste’s Gulf but no one had never though to do the same thing in Venice. This is an exclusive: no one had yet tell to the other media. So let’s think about the importance of this race. First of all Read the rest of this entry »

Albarella’s Golf Club

Posted under Greens

A suggestive view to Albarella’s Island green, a peace’s oasis in the centre of Venice Laguna, deers and pheasants will follow you during the funny 18 holes. This green was chosen for the Italian Open and technically is a bit hard, like every green that lies beside the sea.

Wonderful resort not so far from Venice, Albarella is one of the most important seaside touristic pot, as long it was created by important businesswoman Emma Marcegaglia.

Relax, sport, fun, sea and excellent food are guaranteed especially during summer season, but even during spring or autumn the green, all seasons open, is a interesting place for golfers looking for peace…and don’t forget that here you’ll have the stimulating chance to improve yourself against His Majesty the Wind.
